NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005748-XXXX-WSJ2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JAMES H. GOFF IV; SUNNYBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JULIE BEESON, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 12, BUILDING 7, SUNNYBROOK III, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SUNNYBROOK III, A CONDOMINIUM , AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1430, PAGE 1326. AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 144 THROUGH 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
