NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-8377-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-5 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN BOUFFARD; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT FIFTY-EIGHT (58) OF TANGLEWOOD EAST, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 145-146 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
