NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 26, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, shall sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on April 30, 2014, beginning at 11 a.m.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
