NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Septmeber 17, 2010, and entered in 51-2009-CA-004208WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA, is the Plaintiff and JOSE ROJAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE ROJAS N/K/A UNKNOWN; BUILDER SERVICES GROUP, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 63, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES, UNIT 3, REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
