Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9, Block 1, of Epping Forest at Lake Bernadette, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 129-135, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on May 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
