NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012CA4611 ES/J1 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, LAZZARA, SHEILA J, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property:

THENCE ALONG THE SAME LINE FOR 111.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 52 DEG. 29' 12” EAST, FOR 39.54 FEET; THENCE NORTH 50 DEG. 05' 15” WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 297.65 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 41 DEG. 40' 57” WEST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 50 DEG. 05' 15” EAST, FOR 291.14 FEET TO THE OINT OF BEGINNING, ALL BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
