NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002747, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-24 is Plaintiff and LUCIA PEREIRA; ALBERTO FORNELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA`S WHOLESALE LENDER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
