NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 12, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA011055 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, KAREN J HERNANDEZ, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN J. HERNANDEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 2, OF TIMBER POND SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
