NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-017112, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and NESTOR FERNANDEZ-MORA A/K/A NESTOR FERNANDEZ MORAA; CACH, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; LIVINGSTON FINANCIAL LLC; MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HEALTH, D/B/A UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL; JOSE FERNANDEZ GARCIA; SHERMAN ACQUISITION LP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE FERNANDEZ GARCIA; IRIS GARCIA TORRES; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8-1 IN BUILDING 8 OF LAURELON VILLAGE OF MEADOWOOD UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 4647, PAGE 1095 AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION IN O.R. BOOK 4800, PAGE 1769 AND O.R. BOOK 4800, PAGE 1771 AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 22 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
