NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-ca-007972, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES, BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and ZORAN PAUNIC; REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; VALHALLA OF BRANDON POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RUZICA G. GORDIC A/K/A RUZICA GORDIC PAUNIC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 58, VALHALLA PHASE 1-2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 282 THROUGH 300 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
