NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007112, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hillsborough County's Public Auction website, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 192 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY, MAP OF PORT OF PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
