NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004649, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC2, is Plaintiff and NICOLAS MELENDEZ; NOEMI GUZMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
