NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-000911 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF BETTILOU KING RODRIQUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTILOU KING RODRIQUE,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Bettilou King Rodrique, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 1, Sun City Center Unit 34-A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 20, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
