DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I, INC., TRUST 2006-NC5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC5, is Plaintiff and JERI HOCK A/K/A JERI R. HOCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERI HOCK A/K/A JERI R. HOCK; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are defendants.
