NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-005958, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff FREDERICK B. DELONG A/K/A FREDERICK DELONG; DEBRA L. DELONG A/K/A DEBRA DELONG; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ST. ANDREWS AT THE EAGLES, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK E, ST. ANDREWS AT THE EAGLES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
