NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-007464, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF WILFRED CAYASSO A/K/A WILFRED HOWARD CAYASSO A/K/A WILFRED H CAYASSO; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CYNDY EDKINS; EDLEY CAYASSO; FREDDIC CAYASSO; KENNY CAYASSO; LARRY CAYASSO; LIZA CAYASSO; MERILDA CAYASSO; SHAWN CAYASSO; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF WILFRED CAYASSO A/K/A WILFRED HOWARD CAYASSO A/K/A WILFRED H CAYASSO; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
