NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-008430, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JORGE SANCHEZ; CLERK OF THE COURTS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LIVE OAK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; FRANCISA RUBIO; JACQUELINE HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE SANCHEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
