NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004850 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and GABRIELLE M. PIERRE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 7524, Building No. 2100, of THE GREENS OF TOWN'N COUNTRY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4381, Page(s) 1167, and according to Condominium Plat Book 7, Page(s) 1, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida., together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
