NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-002275 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC,, Plaintiff, and, KENNETH P TAYLOR A/K/A KENNETH TAYLOR, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5TH day of MAY, 2014, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 5, BLOCK 1 OF FAWN RIDGE VILLAGE E, UNIT NO. 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63 PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
