NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-5198-CI-15, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GRAND VENEZIA COA, INC., is Plaintiff, and PARESH SHUKLA and COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 214, The Grand Venezia at Baywatch, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 14030, Pages 1368 through 1486, and the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 14243, Pages 1040 through 1145, as amended from time to time, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in said Declaration, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 2713 Via Murano, Unit 214, Clearwater, FL 33764,
Parcel Identification # 29-29-16-32776-000-0214.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
