NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522008CA013652XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST NLC TRUST 2005-2 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff and Ronald J. Terenzi and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. CT Corporation System, Registered Agent, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, LAKE TARPON ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 72 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
