NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-016781 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ixis 2006-HE2, is Plaintiff and Joann S. Volk, Robert H. Volk, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block 5, WINSTON PARK UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Located: 1425 79 AVENUE N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
