NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2013, and pursuant to Order Rescheduling February 3, 2014 Foreclosure Sale dated March 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-6862-CI-11, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILLIAMSBURG OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC., is Plaintiff, and NATALY SCOTT, SUNTRUST BANK and EQUABLE ASCENT FINANCIAL, LLC F/K/A HILCO RECEIVABLES, LLC, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 28, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 1120D, WILLIAMSBURG, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4694, Page 457, and all it attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 108 through 111, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
