NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-7589-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF NANCY L. SMITH, DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF NANCY L. SMITH, DECEASED, JAMES BRADFORD SMITH A/K/A J. BRAD SMITH, KENTON RUSSELL SMITH, KEVIN RANDOLPH SMITH, WILLIAM DEVON KENNEMORE, JOSHUA NOEL KENNEMORE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#10091307050140299), WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 700/800/900 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MLH GROUP, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A BRAD SMITH, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of May, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 223, WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 800 CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5088, PAGE 790, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
