NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-005667-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GILDA LEE MALLOY; RENAE K. LEE; JEFFREY EUGENE LEE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A KEISHAWNA MALLOY, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of May, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4, SHADOW LAWN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
