NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 13, 2010, and Order resetting Foreclosure Sale, dated March 13, 2014, and entered in case No. 10-001693CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VERICREST FINANCIAL, INC., is the Plaintiff and U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2013C, have the right to bid, pursuant to the Assignment of Bid, and GARY A. QUINETTE A/K/A GARY QUINETTE; IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY A. QUINETTE A/K/A GARY QUINETTE, IF LIIVING AND IF DEAD, ET AL, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, and CAPITAL ONE BANK, are the Defendants.
