NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-013784-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-3, Plaintiff and ASMA THOMAS; JOHN MICHAEL THOMAS AKA JOHN M THOMAS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this June 17th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
