NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about January 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-004503-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and David L. Rogers, Lansbrook Village Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Southstar Funding, LLC, Susan S. Rogers, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 102, BUILDING W32, LANSBROOK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 14696, PAGE 673 THROUGH 874, INCLUSIVE,EACH AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
