NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-010531-ci of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, INTEREST OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARIN ROS;, SARIN ROS, SOKNAVY ROS, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast corner ¼ of said Section 4, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, thence S. 00° 37` 01” W., 662.32 feet along the East line of said Southeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 31 South, Range 16 East; thence N. 89° 40` 45” W., 30.00 feet to a point lying along the Westerly right-of-way of 46th Street North; thence S. 00° 37` 01” W., 322.23 feet along said Westerly right-of-way of 46th Street North; thence N. 89° 43` 45” W., 318.60 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N. 89° 43` 45” W., 306.4 feet; thence N. 01° 33` 45” E., 3.36 feet to a point lying along the Easterly right-of-way of said “Joe`s Creek”; thence N. 12° 47` 27” E., 137.57 feet along said Easterly right-of-way of “Joe`s Creek”; thence along said Easterly right-of-way, a curve to the right, having a radius of 1198.57 feet, arc of 194.12 feet, delta of 09° 16` 47”, chord of 193.91 feet, chord bearing N. 17° 32` 31” E.; thence S. 89° 40` 45” E., 222.52 feet; thence S. 00° 37` 01” W., 322.56 feet to the Point of Beginning.
