RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 06, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12010510CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE , LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER FINTON A/K/A JENNIFER J. KULOW, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 2935-B, of Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 6, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, pages(s) 116 through 120, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5148, page(s) 1514 through 1582, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
