NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-013013-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 2nd day of May, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 40.83 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE WEST 22.07 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK “I” SEMINOLE LAKE VILLAGE 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 19 - 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
