NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11007590CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and WILMA J. CLINE A/K/A WILMA CLINE A/K/A WILMA JEAN CLINE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILMA J. CLINE A/K/A WILMA CLINE A/K/A WILMA JEAN CLINE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOMEEQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-B; ASSOCIATES FINANCE, INC. A/K/A ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF FLORIDA, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RAND MOOREHEAD; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK “I”, MONTEREY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
