NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014 , and entered in 07-007539-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKER'S TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR IXIS 2006-HE3 BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN R. OLTMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINE FOR FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES; DONNA B. OLTMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); WILLOW LAKE ASSOCIATION OF KENNETH CITY, INC. F/K/A DESIDERATA ASSOCIATION OF KENNETH CITY, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 28, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 309, WILLOW LAKE BUILDING NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM (FORMERLY DESIDERATA, BUILDING 5, A CONDOMINIUM), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 76 TO 80 INCL., AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4759, PAGE 1470, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
