NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and CAROL JANICE DAIN A/K/A CAROL J. DAIN A/K/A CAROL DAIN A/K/A CAROL JANICE DANE A/K/A CAROL J. DANE A/K/A CAROL DANE, INDIVIDUALLY; CAROL JANICE DAIN A/K/A CAROL J. DAIN A/K/A CAROL DAIN A/K/A CAROL JANICE DANE A/K/A CAROL J. DANE A/K/A CAROL DANE, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CAROL JANICE DAIN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT EXECUTED ON DECEMBER 14, 2005; KELLIE HUDGEONS MESSER A/K/A KELLIE H. MESSER A/K/A KELLIE MESSER, INDIVIDUALLY; KELLIE HUDGEONS MESSER A/K/A KELLIE H. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 28, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 56, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF - UNIT THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 19 THROUGH 28, INCLUSIVE, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3258, PAGES 641 TOR 714 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS FOOK 3747, PAGE 833, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED, ALL AMONG THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THRETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
