LOT 18, BLOCK 56, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF - UNIT THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 19 THROUGH 28, INCLUSIVE, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3258, PAGES 641 TOR 714 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS FOOK 3747, PAGE 833, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED, ALL AMONG THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THRETO.
