NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-011378 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Frederick Kenneth King, as Personal Representative of the Estate of George A. Zebick , Deceased and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Sondra M. Zebick, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 234, GLENWOOD MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4689, PAGE 179, AS AMENDED, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 85 THROUGH 89, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 1980, MAKE: IMPERIAL, VIN#: 316183A AND VIN#: 316183B, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
