NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-007458, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JEREMY R. KARBE; JACKI L. ULSBERGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEREMY R. KARBE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACKI L. ULSBERGER; JENNIFER G. FENERTY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 9 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, NORTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
