NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522011CA002734XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. HOLZBERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. HOLZBERG; WENDI LYNN HOLZBERG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 25, PASADENA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
