NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JEAN M RAPP; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ANTHONY W. RAPP A/K/A ANTHONY RAPP A/K/A ANTHONY WILLIAM RAPP A/K/A ANTHONY W. RAPP, JR., DECEASED; CHERYL A. CIMPRICH, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ANTHONY W. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
