NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Collier County, Florida, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following real property, situated in Collier County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: TRACT C, MARCO BEACH, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9 TO 16 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT A 3 FOOT STRIP OF LAND ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF TRACT C CONVEYED FROM THE DELTONA CORPORATION TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BY CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED BEARING THE DATE OF THE 25TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1981 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 949, PAGE 956 THROUGH 958 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL TWO: LOT 1, BLOCK 25, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9 THROUGH 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published in the BUSINESS OBSERVER on 4-18, 2014, and 4-25, 2014.
