CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 106, BUILDING 8, FAIRWAYS AT PAR-ONE SIX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1040, PAGE 1249, AND AS AMENDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT'S SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
