NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006289 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Richard J. Wiese; Sarah E. Garner AKA Sarah Garner Wiese; Vicky Wiese; Unknown Spouse of Vicky Wiese if any; John Wiese; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BELMONT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
