SHARPSTEEN; THERESA SHARPSTEEN A/K/A THERESA M. SHARPSTEEN A/K/A THERESA M. MALETTA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
