UNIT 321, STAGE 3-A, SPRINGDALE VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OR BOOK 786, PAGE 612 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING AMENDMENT #10 RECORDED IN OR BOOK 856, PAGE 282 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 65 THROUGH 68, INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 123 THROUGH 126, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
