NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012CA001033AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and PHILIP A. DANNA; SUSAN M. DANNA, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, OF WHITNEY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
