APARTMENT 82, VILLAGER APARTMENTS, UNIT NO.5, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 412, PAGE 283, AND CERTIFICATE OF MERGER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1279, PAGE 2363, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 85, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
