NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in 412009CA004799 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and KELLY D. TUTTEROW; SUNTRUST BANK; CYNTHIA B. TUTTEROW; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 6, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, OF BRADLEY SHORES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
