NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-005062 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and PAMELA C REIMER; JOHN C REIMER; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KATIE REIMER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
