NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-009230 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and JAMES R MOTES; JENNIFER L MOTES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; JACARANDA HEIGHTS OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

A PORTION OF TRACT 502 (PRIVATE DRAINAGE EASEMENT), JACARANDA HEIGHTS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 14, 14A - 14C, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 34, JACARANDA HEIGHTS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 14, 14A - 14C, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 32 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 12 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 34, A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 34; THENCE SOUTH 57 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST, ALONG THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 34, A DISTANCE OF 10.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 32 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 12 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 34; THENCE NORTH 57 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST, ALONG SAID WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT 34, A DISTANCE OF 10.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
