NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-009605 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and H&R INVESTMENTS ENTERPRISES, INC., PATRICK J. HENRY, THE PALMER CLUB AT PRESTANCIA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., THE PALMER CLUB AT PRESTANCIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of May, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 210A, THE PALMER CLUB AT PRESTANCIA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2245, Page 640, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida and the undivided interest of said units in the common elements associated therewith, as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
