RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003071 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA, is Plaintiff, and PAMELA DESCHAMPS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit 203D, DAPHNE BUILDING OF, ORCHID OAKS, a Condominium according; to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1369 Page 1293 through 1339 and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 14, Pages 20 through 20G, and amended in Condominium Book 17, Pages 13 through 13D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
